The two highest-ranked NOCs that have not previously earned a quota position through the 2023 Continental Championships or the UCI Mountain Bike Olympic Qualification ranking will determine a maximum of one spot per NOC for the elite and under-23 races at the 2023 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships.
