If a game is played in group play in the first round, or there is a quarter-final contest, then the two tied teams will play five minutes of overtime after 3 of 3 games. The first team to score in this extra time wins the game.

If no team scores within the five-minute overtime, the game proceeds to a shootout. Each team names three players to the shot. Construction will begin in the fall of 2022 and the arena should open in time for the Winter Olympic, scheduled from February 6 to 22. Once the winter Olympic are over, the arena will be available for sport and entertainment under international ticket management and entertainment provider CTS Eventim.

The arena is being designed by David Chipperfield Architects in partnership with international design firm Arup, part of Milano Santa Giulia, an urban development project located just a few kilometers from the financial heart of northern Italy.

It rises from an elevated base with what appears to be three rings of different sizes floating on top of each other. That view makes sense when you consider that Kelter earned a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from the University of Wisconsin. The 30-year-old Eagle River, Ala., resident is currently preparing for the winter  Olympic Games in Tokyo as part of the U.S. Olympic Games.

  A team that’s committe to giving it our all supporting each other Kelter said. We are looking amazing. Now we are top four in the world and we want to win a medal.

A lot of rugby is possession of the ball, passing the ball running, being a threat, but it all happens so fast. That’s physically. It’s incredible that rugby came into my life, and I feel truly blessed.  I’m ready to take this new opportunity to do something sweet with rugby and not look back.Kelter has clearly excelled at the highest level in three sports. What advice would he give to young athletes hoping to play multiple sports?
